I recently attempted to walk into herrin office to see if by some miracle I could get help. I had something foreign in my eye. Sadly I couldn’t get any. The office did not have a doctor in on this date . The sweet receptionist in herrin I believe was Melanie attempted to help me the best way she could . She called all around her clinics seeing if anyone could help me as she could see the fluid leaking from my eye . She was unsuccessful as nobody wanted to take on another patient for the day. Very helpful and informative. Great service and everyone there treated me and my mother and law very nicely and helped us very quickly despite how busy it was.

Great for cataract surgery exam and after care. Office staff friendly courteous. BUT, my exam for glasses/contacts didn't listen. Left eye the problem with mild astigmatism. Near vision stable. Distance has changed. Reversed those. Have ocular rosacea with some blurriness associated didn't seem to regard that. Don't give prescription as there is pressure to buy there. Prescription would have been useless anyway. Don't acknowledge AARP discount. Have to have eye exam again.
