I have been told I'm too old for contacts they left me sitting after dilation for hours and then told me oops we lost your file I've encountered rudeness from staff. I only gave them one star because I wanted to let people know how they treat you
AWFUL experience today! Will never go back nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! 1st off it Rubbed me very wrong that the doctor asked me where I worked, I said nowhere cause it ain’t his business, then that’s literally all he kept mentioning the rest of the 4 minutes I was with him. If you must know, doctor, I don’t know what your name is because you never introduced yourself, I do work and I make pretty decent money. ** After I posted this review my 12 year old son received a letter in the mail stating Marion Eye Center and Tyhurst " will no longer be able to provide him with health care services" Seems a lot like discrimination to me. I wouldn’t send my cat here. I took my 12 year old son for an appointment yesterday and every single person in that building needs a class on interacting with humans and patience.
