The technicians were on-time, courtesy and very knowledgeable. They asked what the problem was and went about assessing the issue. They talked me through every situation they found and how they fixed it. They also identified structural issues that they could not fix, but should be addressed by my landlord. They were great. They also have a warranty if the problem comes back. They are reasonably priced. I finally feel like I can take a deep breath of relief. Thanks!!

They were able to replace a major plumbing item (main drain Joint in the basement) at a reasonable cost in a quick time frame. I called on Sunday afternoon and he was able to visit Monday morning on time, and got the job done. He was upfront about the initial charge to break open a wall area and had the right parts and tools to cut and replace a section of pipe.
