Had to wait while in pain with gallstones. Staff are run off their feet and can’t keep up with the amount of people that attend. It shouldn’t be called “Urgent Care Clinic” when it says the wait if more than 5 hours. Will go to hospital next time.
Utilised urgent care for the first time today and overall a great experience. Had to wait a bit but I was glad to considering I didn’t have to clog up an A&E waiting room. And when it was my time to be treated the staff were wonderful.
Thank you so much to the urgent care clinic. I presented at 10am indicating possible appendicitis and the care and attention I received was wonderful. Special thanks to Dr Max and nurse Amy for being kind, compassionate and extremely effective at their jobs. Everything was done quickly and thoroughly and I was in hospital by mid afternoon, and having the stupid thing removed by the end of the day. Couldn't have wished for better care or outcome.
Terrible service from the receptionists. They are the healthcare workers but cannot care less about the patients. They simply dismissed my sick kid in a minute by saying “you have seen the GP so there’s nothing more we can do for her” and rejected in silence my desire to see the doctor for my baby. Disgusting people who work there.
All staff were Respectful and friendly. I Presented with a minor cut, Dr and nurse assessed my wound/cut very well, nurse thoroughly cleaned the area, pressure again so could glue as stitches weren’t needed, then bandaged and a finger condom to help protect the area. I found today’s staff, nostalgic, attentive and efficient, would highly recommend 🥰
