Reception admin staff and the doctor were polite and friendly. But There was a registered nurse very racist and arrogant. She thought and assumed patient can not speak English because of the skin color. She did her nursing assessment basic on her assumption rather than the objective observation. I raised the problem to management but no further follow up. Be careful of some unprofessional staff there if you worried about your health. It was a very sad and scary experience.
Thanks for great services I received from Marion urgent care !due to my head laceration yesterday. from entering into the receptionist, nurses and doctor,all the care rended were warm and seamless. A lthough there is a slightly long waiting time, but my wound was well glued, received tetanus injection, overall excellent
I had a very disappointing experience at Marion Medicare Urgent Care. When I went in to ask a simple question about the waiting time, the reception staff were extremely rude and dismissive. One of the receptionists looked at me aggressively and gave me squinting eyes as if I was bothering them for asking a basic question. I had a good time at the Marion urgent care I got to see a doctor within 2 hours time good service keep it up Thankyou all staff which where their on 19th October 2025
