I pulled both my children out of swim lessons due to the instructor, Laura’s difference of attitude towards my children. She always treated my son (6 y.o) with a lack of enthusiasm and patience. It got so bad that I pulled him out in the middle of class. They were disorganized, understaffed, and the pool was over crowded that day.
