She seriously screwed up my wedding flowers a few years ago....I didn't get the bouquet I had requested and the flowers weren't great. I had ordered a ring bearers pillow and when she didn't have it when she dropped everything off she said said she would "Be right back" and never returned. SUCH a disappointment. I had to scramble and come up with something hours before my wedding. When we called to complain she never returned our calls.
