They don't answer the phone at all. Unacceptable for a government business in my opinion.
This health depth is a mess . Don't go unless you are going to have time to set there at least 4 to 5 hours if not longer because they are going to be on there cell phones and setting and talking and cutting up with each other . Don't know why they have you to have an appointment because they don't go by them . Don't know if they have bosses or not but someone needs to be looking into why people can't get in and out in a timely matter .
No help at all if You have insurance. You have to be on "TennCare" to be seen.
