Our family recently relocated to Hannibal and the staff at this location was very helpful. Their office kept our child healthy while we waited to establish a relationship with a local primary care physician.
Receptionist (older gray-haired lady) has a lot to learn about respecting others. After calling first and then driving 20 minutes to have prerequisite tests run for admittance into college, I was told there wasn’t a nurse available. Then I was talked down to, for asking questions about the tests I needed done. I chose not to return when a nurse was available and went to another health department an hour away. I will not come back to this facility.
