Poor excuse of a company that wants to help disabled people the case workers never answer their phone...
Absolutely the worst office I have experienced. No one ever answers the phone to customer service or any other number. No one returns calls. Absolutely unexcusable. For the amount of people that work there. Oversight is desperately needed. It has been two weeks and can not get ahold of return phone call. But stuff has to be in on time. Seems like a way just to deny you.
