Dereliction of duty and getting away with it
Deaf ip relay services tend not to receive incoming calls. Or even if they do, the notification generally fails. It's a different app after all. I called them and my assigned case worker was not available... I asked to go ahead with the interview with the person on the call and they said no since they werent assigned. That I have to either reschedule or come in person. They wasted MY TIME. Update: After reading reviews, I think it's time for them to incorporate a live chat and have interviews done that way
They loose paper work and are rude most of the time.
