While her results were certainly a factor in my decision, it was also the genuine care, attention and investment she gave me throughout the entire process - from my initial consultation through to surgery and post-operative care. I was very nervous for my first surgery, and her kindness and patience in going though all my queries meant that I felt comfortable and confident for the actual procedure. I’m also thrilled with the outcome, and the level of ongoing care provided.
