The receptionist, Lisa, is very rude, argumentative and sarcastic; will not back down until she's noticed as "right." The patient is the one who is wrong! They told me I got there too early for my appointment, when they told me to get there early for paperwork and she denied telling me that! She said I was also not to take the bottles of medications in, but I needed to write a list for them, after they told me I could take either in! Walked out before my appointment. Will not return!!
I made an appointment which was scheduled over a month out. One week prior to the appointment, I had an emergency come up (a death in the immediate family) and could not keep my scheduled appointment. The staff I talked to was very rude and informed me that Dr. Aguilar will not see me because I was a new patient and he would not allow for me to reschedule the appointment.
