I was referred by my Oscar Insurance Network to have him as my primary Doctor. In order to see him, you must have the hard copies records from your previous Doctor, he needs to approves you first; and then; wait 3mos for an appointment. To me, he doesn't want to take new patients. The schedule coordinator Jeanette Soto she was nice.
Be prepared to wait a very long time. I made an appointment for 2:15. Arrived 20 minutes early as requested. I am still waiting to be seen it is 3:30.
This place and Dr. Is no good. Dr refused to see my grandson as a new patient. Stating he needed a medical records in order to see him. I have NEVER heard that in my life. Plus that’s why we went there to make medical records.I think and feel my grandson was discriminated because of mental issues. This doctor is gonna be reported.
