I was referred by my Oscar Insurance Network to have him as my primary Doctor. In order to see him, you must have the hard copies records from your previous Doctor, he needs to approves you first; and then; wait 3mos for an appointment. To me, he doesn't want to take new patients. The schedule coordinator Jeanette Soto she was nice.
