A doctor is only as good as his staff. This staff is awful, no empathy, no compassion. The patient gets called to not come in for labs and when he comes for the doc appt he's scolded for missing his lab appt. Wthell are these ppl running? The back personnel is unaware of what the front desk does, calls and cancels? Terrible customer service for the elderly for sure. Zero! NOT recommended. Go elsewhere these ppl don't give a flying... About you.
