I have been a successful Realtor for 5 years and have never had such an awful experience with a loan originator. Mario Rodriguez and his supervisors Tim Bolta and Robert Ward do not have the words "customer service" in their vocabulary. Mario is by far the best and most professional loan officer I've worked with. I've worked in banking for about 8 years and no one compares to him. Mario made the loan processes very smooth and everything was very fast, which is rare in this industry. We were ready to close in about 3 weeks. Working in a bank for so long I've experienced horrible situations with the loan process for a home.
