I called because I need help with child support issue for my son with autism. They said it is a $200 consult fee. I agreed and asked if they had availability for court on 3/7 or if an extension is possible. They said I would have to pay the consultation FIRST to discuss that with him. Talked me into doing mediation for a domestic violence situation (father has a deferred battery in front of a minor felony for strangling me and a substantiated DCS case for hurting our daughter). Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Late for meetings (via telephone) and could never get a hold of him.
Called office for 4 days straight and calls wouldn’t even go through. Five days later a secretary texted me to apologize because she was on vacation. After all of this she set up an appointment for a call a week later. When I tried to call for the appointment again the call wouldn’t go through. I texted her back and she said sorry can you call back at 1245. What a joke! I’m billing them for all of my time spent on this mess. If I could I would rate 0 stars
