I saw the same audiologist at Marios three times over two months, referred by a hearing aid discounter. My intent to try several hearing aids before deciding was clearly communicated from the start. Each visit was inefficient, with significant delays caused by lengthy software downloads—often taking 30 minutes or more. This limited the time available to properly evaluate the devices. It was at Somerville not Cambridge but it was an excellent experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Took all the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.
Dr. Mario really knows his stuff and was able fit my funky ear canals with something that works well. I'm glad I found him!
