Sound booth was very cramped - I'm tall and have bad knees so I could barely crawl into it! Office was stuffy and disorganized. My hearing was within normal limits but I requested a copy of my test for my medical records (as is my right under HIPAA). I was told there would be a $30 charge or "admin fee"!
Was greeted very warmly Dr Mario was on time and took a moment to introduce himself . Exam was explained and what I could expect took time with the results and explained what measurements were taken and why and took time to go over the results I didn't feel rushed or that the Dr was rushing
I seen Mario meny times though out the years he replayed fixed and helped me get new hearing aids as needed the only thing that keeps him from being 5 stars is location is hard to get to and I wish he had something in metro west area or at least slightly farther west as his location are hard to get to
I had purchased new hearing aids through my Medicare insurance and was having trouble finding a professional audiologist willing to accept me as a patient. Insurance suggested Dr. Mario and I have been so pleased with the service and care received. Dr. Mario is a perfectionist, always on schedule, and determined to provide his patients with all the help they need, whether insurance patient or private. I HIGHLY recommend.
I was having problems with my hearing. I must say the attention I received and the attention to detail was great. I have already recommended MARIO hearing and tinnitus clinic and they are just as happy as I am!!!!!!!!!!
