The team is great! Professional, thoughtful, and VERY responsive. There literally is not a single thing they could have done better. Would recommend them to anyone a thousand times over! Chris worked closely with me, listened to everything I said and asked, explained things thoroughly, and worked hard to ensure I got my payment to where I needed it to be. I was lucky enough to get connected with NFM and the Mario Cua team at the start of my house hunting experience through my realtor. Colin Beer, my main point of contact, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and answered any and all questions I had throughout the loan process. I also worked with Katie Hagerty towards closing who was incredible as well. I had full faith in my loan process because of Colin, Katie, and the entire Mario Cua NFM team. I cannot recommend them enough.
This team is unbelievable. As taxing as being a first time homebuyer in this market can be, NFM was one step ahead every time. We experienced some curveballs multiple people spent their family time to get me what I needed.
