I love Dr Pereira, but getting in touch with his office is a nightmare. They don’t call back when a message is left and the front desk doesn’t answer the phone. Isn’t that what they get paid for? Very frustrating.
Not only is Dr Pereira a wonderful doctor, his staff is also great. LeeAnn and Steve have handled my problems with timely responses and have made my appointments and pharmaceuticals easy to deal with. Thank you. Martha & Hal W.
My experience on my initial visit with Dr Pereira was exceptional and exceeded my expectation. He listened attentively, performed a comprehensive exam, and discussed his findings with me. I was given every opportunity to ask questions I am thrilled to have him as my primary physician.
On Feb 12 at 1:30 - 2 pm ET I called to book a new patient appointment with Dr. Mario Pereira and was placed on hold twice for a total of 20 minutes. The staff member’s tone was not the best. The experience was frustrating. If this is how they handle new patients over the phone (making them wait excessively, I have serious concerns about their overall care. Completely unacceptable.
