This group CCG of South Florida are not good to following up with the pacients. Dr Pereira tells you about a referirse, but then the administración does not send it. Never review my lab test. It's all desorganized.
El doctor Mario Pereira puede ser un muy buen doctor, pero el personal que atiende las llamadas no tiene ni idea de poder ayudar al paciente. Yo accedí al doctor Pereira como mi doctor primario, pues mi seguro lo recomienda y además dice que el servicio es también en español; pero , no es así ... siempre que llamo para corregir una orden me pasan a un mensaje de voz donde nunca me regresan la llamada. Por favor sean más responsables y tengan un poco de respecto para los pacientes hispano parlantes.
Dr Pereira is probably a capable doctor but when it comes to caring for the elderly he has much to be desired. I brought my elderly mom feeling extremely sleepy, weak and disoriented. He sends in a medical student to evaluate you before he comes in. After more than one hour waiting, he comes in and proceeds to explain that elderly people suffer of multiple conditions specially at my moms age and also to tell me of his suspicions of Parkinson's because of my moms facial expression. At first sight I knew that Dr. Pereira was dedicated, caring and would be able to help me. It's all in the eyes. I was under his care for four days at Westside Regional and came by everyday to check on my progress.
