Got their phone # from another secretary that work for another Doctor in the same location, after I call the put me in hold couple times, the secretary want all the information of my insurance before I even get an appointment. Never will try then against.

Was not happy with my experience being treated by him. More concerned with my insurance carrier than my health.

Mario has been a family doctor to me like my old doctor was he takes his time to make sure you get the right medications he's got manners he got a sense of humor let me tell you he's been through so many changes trying to get the right medication for me he won't give up until he does so if you want a good doctor check Mario alicandri number one in my life he's keeping me alive

This office is very poorly run from the wait time to be seen to lack of professionalism. I waited two hours to be seen. One of the other patients just left because he couldn't take the wait any longer. Then I needed paperwork sent over to another doctor and i have literally called at least ten times within the span of 4 days trying to get someone to do this. All i get is, we will call you back. Never a call back and i am still waiting for them to do what they are supposed to do. Definitely will be finding a different PCP.
