Dr. Alcantara's office will waste your time. If you like waiting 3.5 hours past your scheduled appt time which happened to me previously, and if you like having your appts canceled without notice which happened today then this is the office for you. The office staff said i wasnt subscribed for text msg notifications but they could have called or emailed. Matter of fact I received an email saying I was ready for check-in.
