Office staff at the Sonterra location is good. But office staff at the building he is in located next to south baptist hospital is not only rude, but very incompetent. I waited 2 months for 4 medications, and still only received two.... I have asked Dr. Alcantara about this and he said will tell them to do it, but they still dont call in my meds. So, the other reviewer was right. The Doctor himself I have found to be good though. Bad staff but good doctor.... How is that possible? I dont know. If you want a better experience... read more
Office staff is really rude. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say and hung up on me. If you don't want to answer questions then please get a different job.
Dr. Alcantara is an amazing doctor, truly one of the best. His professionalism and bedside manners are second to none. He is exactly what a doctor should be. Gracias Doctor!
