The team at Dr. Viardi's office are the best. Dr. Vilardi was able to educate me on the best options for my situation and really cares about his patients having the best treatment possible. The office manager, Donna, took care of me and got me an appointment when I desperately needed it. I am very thankful for all they do for me.
Dr. Vilardi’s approach lacked the core values of healing - compassion and mutual respect. His tone felt condescending from the start. I expressed discomfort with how I was being treated by telling the doctor he was being rude and I began to leave the consult. The doctor reacted loudly with anger, yelled at me to get out, and stormed from the room. Cannot recommend.
Donna was incredible to help me from out of town get emergency post op care for my gum surgery in Raleigh NC! Dr. Vilardi took extra care late in their day to address my pain and deftly removed my sutures. It’s immediately apparent Dr. Vilardi is an all star with a pen-chance for teaching his craft. My deepest gratitude!
