UNRELIABLE. I dropped off a motorcycle seat to get re-upholstered. The owner said to give him 2 or 3 days and he would call me with an estimate (price and turn around time). A week later I called him for a follow up on the estimate. He said he hadn't gotten around to my look at my seat yet and said that he would call me tomorrow for the price estimate.
