Excellent service and low-pressure sales by Veronique. We owned a '15 Outback that we had bought used from Marino's in 2019. We were contacted by Veronique recently about incentives and interest rate promos and we decided to go in to the dealership to hear her out, with not much interest in making a decision right away. I unfortunately had water in my car after this downpour we had recently. It was the same place as it was a few years back after horrible rainstorm. It was in the backseat of the Subaru on the floor behind the driver's seat. I took the car in the last time this happened and they cleaned the sunroof drains and told me they were blocked and this was likely what the problem was because there was no other evidence at all inside the car or on the inside roof header.
