I personally found Harry Kohli to be unprofessional the way he handled my issue. He might be very good at his job I just found the day I dealt with him I didn't enjoy the experience and will never deal with this dealership again.
I absolutely love the Subaru service department at Marino Fine Cars! Harry, the manager, along with Meet, AJ, and Mesfin, are the best. They always accommodate me last minute and provide top-notch service every single time.
Before you buy a Subaru, I recommend looking at the terrible reviews for the Subaru app in the App Store or Google Play. You will need it to remote start your car, keep track of maintenance, etc., but the Canadian version is badly neglected, in spite of the extremely high annual price we have to pay for it here. Subaru Canada isn’t the slightest bit interested in improving it, so hopefully the dealerships can put some pressure on them.
