I take my Jeep there for all its service needs. my visit smooth, quick and efficient. I was in and out in no time flat.

The service experience could have been better. When you are trying to resolve an issue with a service advisor I was assigned too and not get a call back to discuss a resolution was disrespectful. I escalated my concern with the Service Manager and he was kind enough to return my call. We had a good discussion and he was able to resolve the concern. I give the Service Manager Five stars on the great customer experience.
