Roni Marino is great but the weight management clinic is a joke. To be quite honest, they're closing the weight management clinic in December but canceled my appointment that was in November. The front desk lady was rude, snippy, and cruel. To be honest, I was not surprised at all that the Weight Management Clinic was going to close, especially with the kind of attitude these clowns have. Evil! Uncaring!
Roni is hands down one of the most exceptional providers I’ve ever had. She genuinely cares for her patients and takes the time to get to know them and support them any way she can in a constructive way. She actually cares about medical/psychological issues because she knows both are detrimental for success. I’ve never felt like a burden or felt rushed or like I wasn’t heard.
