I just had a horrible experience with your staff in trying to schedule an appointment. The rudeness was unbelievable. First, the woman who answered the phone told me you weren't scheduling new patients until September but then she transferred me to someone who would know better who stated the dates were in July. Next, when giving my insurance member ID she stated I must not have the insurance I said I had (while I'm clearly looking at my insurance card) because the number did not end with 00.
