This doctor is terrible My dad went in to see him with a really bad cough which ended up being pneumonia. He called an ambulance to take him to Jamaica hospital which he practices there Almost a month later he never checked in on my dad to get an update.my sister called his office 3 times stating it was an emergency No call back. My parents been going to him for 15 years treated him and his staff to holiday gifts and had a good relationship or thought they did Hopefully my dad pulls through . Front desk staff are lazy. How can you basically say you are out of luck if the doctor is on vacation if you need a prescription filled? There is no doctor filling in or that can be called to refill prescriptions?
Dr.Marino is a great physician that really cares about his patients.Theres never a long wait time and the staff are all very friendly and nice if any one needs to see a doctor in the Howard beach area I highly recommend Dr.Marino !
