I just got off of the phone with Dr. Marinos staff. I've been going to this man since I was a child. I have never seen such combative and rude staff in my entire firefighter career. Two different ladies got on the phone. Both of them were as nasty as the other one. It's time to find a new doctor. Very rude receptionist!!! I am not a patient and GLAD that I'm not, but Mercy had sent my results of my Mammogram to their office. I called to ask them if they had received it and the receptionist said if they did then we have shredded it. I ask why would you do that. It could be detrimental information. I ask why did you not contact Mercy to let them know that it was not your patient. So they could get it to my doctor. THE RECEPTIONIST SAID "THIS ISNT MY PROBLEM" SO I AM GOING TO HANG UP NOW.

Sandy was always helpful and nice. I had a small billing issue I was trying to resolve or get help with. The new young lady wasn't helpful and was rude. After multiple request to speak with anyone else. I told the girl she was being rude. At that point in a crying voice she said to me Boo Hoo Baby. All true and facts. Multiple people heard it because it was on speaker phone in the car. I've already called the Missouri board of registration for the healing arts. They are mailing me complaint forms.
