Had a fish supper and haggis supper, both were cold, batter on haggis was thick and hard was awful, fish batter was hard, on complaining was told we should have asked for fresh ones, we did not except such off hand response, will not be back and will let people know. Only go if you want COLD food from their heated compartment

Has definitely went down hill over the years, getting extremely dated, needs a face-lift. Prices pretty expensive, waiting ages for food, definitely not as good as it used to be. Food too greasy.

Ordered the other day and took over an hour to come. I phoned on the hour asking where the food was and told "we've just put it in" lol. Phoned back a wee while later and told the girl to cancel the order she said "it's on its way we've been busy" in a kinda rude tone then she say goodbye and quickly put the phone down. Customer service is out the window everywhere. Trying to like people is so difficult these days
