The main reason for my rating is Dr. Manci. I have been working with Dr. Manci for several years. He is patient, caring and skillful. On several occasions where I had dental crisis before leaving for long trips, he would accommodate me without prior appointments and do whatever was necessary to ensure I would not encounter any issues while traveling. Thank you so much for professionalism and understanding of a patient's needs.
Been coming here for more than a decade and got all kinds of work done Very happy with Dr. Marini and others that I occasional saw. The front staff were mostly great. There were short periods of time when the front desk was a bit chaotic but the current group is great, responsive and polite.
I recently reached out to confirm an appointment I had made during my last visit, only to discover that it wasn't logged in their calendar; apparently, there was no appointment scheduled for me. Moreover, when I attempted to schedule an appointment for the same day as my husband, I was informed that their policy dictates family members be scheduled on different days due to past issues with simultaneous cancellations (not us!). Really unfortunate communication. Made my first appointment with them yesterday - they had technical issues with the building so had to reschedule. Fine by me, totally understand. we reschedule for today and 30 minutes before they texted to ask if I can move my 10 AM appt to 1 PM. I said obviously not, I have work and need some sort of explanation or contact. They have yet to respond to me in any way and I've now wasted two mornings off work trying to do a routine visit.
