Update: to my previous comment. The builder reached out to try to make the situation better. Looking forward to start the process on a good foot.
Poor customer service. Not timely on their delivery of their homes. They will tell you what you want to hear and bend over backwards to accommodate you until you sign the contract for the home. Once money is down and your locked in the customer service goes out the window along with time line of your home. Buyer beware.
