Brenda gave me a call one hour before my child was supposed to receive a vaccine here and rescheduled me saying the medical assistant Vanessa wouldn’t do it. Brenda wasn’t helpful or understanding about the fact it takes time out of your schedule to go to these appointments. It would’ve been really nice to know this ahead of time and not one hour before the appointment, after we rescheduled work.
