Easy to make an appointment. Seen quickly by the doctor. Nice to have this service available on the weekend so not having to wait for the PCP
Needed to see a doctor while on vacation with our 1 year old. Was easily able to make a same day appt online. They called us and asked if we could come in a bit earlier which worked out well for us! Was able to walk right in and saw a very kind doctor within minutes. This is an appt only urgent care which I appreciate, it was seamless and I was so thankful to find an urgent care specifically for pediatrics
Place doesn’t actually open per their hours. Here’s a picture of the office as closed as can be, no lights on, nobody in sight, at 915am on a Saturday when as you can see on the door they are supposed to open at 9am
Only put a one because if you put zero the review won’t even register. I can’t even begin to tell you how unorganized this place is. First of all take urgent out of the title. Multiply that by 100 and you’ll get this practice. Once you get into see the wizard, the doctor will be great but getting in is the issue. They’re answering Services in Tennessee and the people don’t have any idea what facilities are included in this practice, including x-rays.
