Horrible service. Once someone answers the phone you’d think they would schedule you for an appointment but all they do is take down your number and info and NEVER call you back. It’s horrible service. Specially when you are dealing with a broken bone.

What a mess this place is. They deserve no stars. It’s not necessary just this doctor but pretty much the whole practice. I broke my ankle and was referred to an orthopedic surgeon within UCSF by my primary care physician. I saw a very qualified doctor months ago. He ordered an MRI and I had the MRI done right away. I did not hear back from anyone regarding the results. I waited for four weeks and then called. I was told that my doctor had left the practice and no one let me know. The RN was totally unconcerned.
