I had an important, time-sensitive appointment scheduled only to be cancelled on by Dr.Brown and left to continuously search with other providers for last minute openings. No regard for the health of their patients.
As both a patient and a provider, this is one of the least considerate practices I've ever interacted with. For 2 months, my wife has been playing phone tag with this office trying to order some genetics tests as part of our family planning. She calls 2-3 times a week, gets told she will be called back "in a little bit" by the medical assistant, then they never respond (even via the portal). Incompetence of their staff has me in collections with Labcorp. They didn’t send the correct paperwork before I went, and they’re unable to clear up a 2k bill after 9 months, even when repeatedly assuring me they are working on it and that they’ve placed the bill on hold (none of which appears to be true). Absolutely unacceptable to put someone at risk financially due to sloppy doctor and staff practices.
I was a patient with a big ovarian cyst (seen at ER), and in excruciating pain for two straight months. The pain was 12 on a scale of ten, worse than childbirth pain, pain that kept me fully awake every night for two months. Dr Voss said she couldnt determine the nature of the cyst on ultrasound (that it could be cancerous or not) and that needed surgery.
