These people were recently bought by a medical roll-up and now don't support their existing patients. Tried to call today and their first question was "Have you found a new primary care physician?"" Nice bedside manner
The worst "care" I have ever received anywhere. Waited over three months for a new patient appointment. The practitioner, Rupali Chaudhuri was a complete joke. She did not listen to anything I said, chastised me for showing up on time, as per the confirmation texts I was provided. All I got out of this experience was an empty wallet, no listening, incredibly rude office staff and medical practitioner who has now recorded incorrect information on my medical records, because she apparently does not have the ability to listen. ... read more
Absolutely terrible front staff and cookie cutter doctors; they never inform patients in head of time of policy changes, make you feel rude for politely asking your needs to be met, will transfer you to leave voicemails on staff members phones in order to be called back the next day to whom they could walk 10 feet and speak to in person - causing delays in care that are unacceptable such as making vital tests be delayed for over a week or delaying prescription refills for benign medications for up to ~5 days.
I believe Marin Internal Medicine to be very professional. I am very happy with Dr. El-Ghnomiey as a PCP, and find the staff to be very professional, and helpful. Patricia Early
Office staff has such an attitude I advise you to go elsewhere. No need for aggravation on top of illness.
