I worked for Marin General for 30 years and every year I think it gets worse. There is one problem or another if I or my husband enter the place. Very sad. This time I had a mammogram, I gave them my medicare and insurance (they refused a photo copy wanting the actual cards), I watched them scan them into the computer and they billed the WRONG insurance company. So simple and they still could not get it together.
