I wanted to get a strep test. They require a covid test to get a strep test. Then just give a covid test when you come in. Don't refuse treatment and care because of this. Poor choice in practice.

One of the receptionists at this location should not have a client facing position. We came in for a test at doctor's request and were told he was not there today, as she walked away without further ado. Yesterday same thing. Find her another position.
Where's the party??? Been here almost an hour waiting to be seen. They know how to take and appointment, they just don't know how to keep one!!
Fabulous experience from making the appointment, to the actual visit. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and professional. NP listened and addressed my immediate concerns, and really heard me.
