I would give -1000 stars to the customer service. Horrible experience, absolutely unacceptable. Over the last 24 months, this practice canceled my appointments twice without ever calling back to reschedule. Eighter the doctor was sick or doctors resigned at the last minute. Things happen and I accepted it as unforeseen circumstances. Finally, my physician scheduled an appointment for me. Robin here... Dr Suh got a good review by Karyn, saying she's so fantastic, even wonderful... what a joke! The diabetes must have gone to Karyn's head... unless it was her first appointment... uh, cuz otherwise she had to go to hospital by ambulance, under Dr Suh's care, no? Dr Suh seems to feel threatened whenever I suggest a, quite necessary actually, dosage change or practically any input into my healthcare. I see Dr Suh and she is fantastic. She and the rest of the office staff are wonderful. I ended up having to go to the hospital via ambulance and the staff was so compassionate. I highly recommend Dr Suh.

Doctor referred me here in September 2022, still haven't heard back despite numerous phone messages and going to the office in person for an update.
