Dr Baumgarten and staff are great!
Very efficient. My procedure was completed quickly.. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the public restrooms now have a keypad on them. Difficult for patients who need access.
This appointment was a shockingly poor experience. Sherifi walked in looking irritated and disengaged, spoke to me as though I were wasting her time, and made no effort to listen or understand my concerns. Every time I tried to explain my symptoms or family history, she seemed visibly annoyed. The exam was perfunctory—one quick listen with a stethoscope, a few clipped comments, and she was gone.
