I can not recommend this office. Today was a near 3-hour nightmare for a simple eye exam.
I called to request a good technician with a receptionist name Hadassa. (She spelled it for me.) I told her what to write a note on the computer for a good technician who is a nice person as I have many times had issues with the technicians. Last time the technician I believe was named Laura and I was very upset with her after leaving. Hadassa said she wrote the note as I requested, and I could barely hear her. Good reason they only have 2.6 stars. Doctors can’t be bothered to be on time and the office staff is rude.
Negative experience with receptionist.
