We had the most incredible experience with Marine Safe Australia when purchasing a life raft for our yacht. Not only did Pete work with us to decide which raft best suited our offshore needs, he then explained how it works and went over and above to develop a unique system to attach it to our boat. Started talking with MSA over 12 months ago and am grateful for not only their expertise and product, but willness to help and teach. We had a mounting issue that we thought was a big deal...but it wasnt. They came up with a workaround and we were told to put our wallet away. I hope i dont ever need to review the actual product but my experience dealing with this crew was sensational.
Excellent service from Peter and his team. We had a large order to be consolidated for overseas shipment which required lots of questions back and forth with Marine Safe. They provided timely advise throughout the process and information required for dangerous goods. Highly recommend Marine Safe and good to support a small family run business.
