I was overseas for several months as my parents passed away and I had to organise personal business. When I came back for an appointment here, the manager gave me a complete attitude problem, and gave me instructions on how to transfer my records to a new clinic. She also demanded to know in front of everyone in the waiting room about why I haven't been back in several months.
