What a great time was had by all last week Friday. Last Call played all afternoon and the crowd loved it.
Mariner's Cove is a mobile home community where we own the lot, not just the mobile. Located maybe a mile off of US41. Most of us are snowbirds, but there is quite a number of people who live here permanently. We are run by a board of directors made up of people in the park. But we do have an HOA company hired by the board. Our HOA fee is very low compared to most. After Ian it went up to $131.00 monthly due to the extensive damage to the clubhouse ect.
