This is an amazing place. 1st of all it's on Sanibel, the best destination in the State. I've been fishing all over Florida from Jacksonville to the keys and I have never caught more fish than on both sides of these gorgeous condominiums. I have fished in front of their private dock from my boat and on the backside. We've caught trout, snook, red fish snapper and shark and many more. I highly recommend this place. We have seen a lot of dolphins here too. Truly amazing
