We never even got to check in…. The man at the counter was so rude. I was there with three of my sons 2 who are youth age… The man wanted to up charge me $20 per kid extra up front? I had done my booking through Booking.com. We went out to the vehicle and reviewed the booking info and there was nothing in there about up charges? So I requested a refund in the man at the counter, got extremely aggressive and threatening… he said he was going to call the police on us so we ended up leaving… never experienced anything like this... read more

I’ll try to keep this brief and factual. When I booked my room, I later learned the date fell on a “special weekend,” during which refunds are not allowed. This was not clearly explained at the time of booking. When I asked about their refund policy, I was sent a phone screenshot showing my credit card information along with a short "no refund!" message.
