I went in for a simple wellness visit, with St Lukes I never had to be on guard, that has changed drastically. I was asked at the end of the appointment if there was anything else, I should have lied. Due to my telling the truth my insurance was billed for a wellness visit on top of a normal office visit. My annual labs were then incorrectly coded AND I was grossly overcharged for those labs. A simple wellness visit has resulted in over $1000 in bills. Doctor was 1 hour late and I had to cancel appointment. Don’t go here if you have obligations but if you have 3 hours to burn and then get a few minutes with a physician this is your place.
Horrible service!! You Can't get a call back for a referral for an x-ray and mammogram. the appointment desk keeps transferring you to the different departments and it's always an answering machine. I Left numerous messages with no return calls. Ever since aspire took over, things have definitely changed for the worst. I have been with st. Luke's for over 40 years This is the first time in my life I have left a review.
Fifty-fifty. On one hand some days I have felt heard and got the care I was asking for; on other days like today, it was a bit crap. I called out of work early to go to a follow up. Spent an hour driving to the clinic, hit road construction, and needed to stop for an emergency bathroom break. Called them to let them know I was on my way; they said fine. I still made it within their grace period (albeit by like two minutes, still if you're going to post it stick to it) but was informed to reschedule. No leeway, no listening. ... read more
